Presentation of the vaccination pass

Free cancellation of reservations can only be done before 14 days before your arrival date. If your reservation is canceled after this deadline, late cancellation penalties equal to the amount specified on your confirmation will be charged to your credit card. (Amount equal to the first night)

We reserve the right to pre-authorize your credit card for an amount equal to the late cancellation penalties specified on your confirmation once the cancellation deadline has passed.

The pre-authorization of your card does not result in any debit from your bank card. But some banks may present the pre-authorized amount in the 'pending transactions' section since it will be payable upon your arrival (or non-arrival). A pre-authorization may affect the level of credit available on your bank card insofar as late cancellation penalties are due once the cancellation deadline has passed. As a pre-authorization is not a debit, the day after the scheduled day of arrival it is canceled and replaced either by your final bill invoiced at the time of departure, or by late cancellation penalties.

We reserve the right to charge penalties and refuse accommodation to individuals whose behavior results in serious damage or consequences to our Bed and Breakfast; or a serious disrespect and courtesy to our other customers or employees.
